Utena Kart! I think the idea is pretty clear.
I was inspired by the whole car transformation thing. I used the Mario Kart Wii poster, because that's the one I've played. It was fun drawing it, and made me try things that I would likely not have otherwise (cars and buildings, and road. Not easy.
Took me waay longer to finish than intended, because I actually lost all my progress at one point. It was almost done, and then my computer lagged, I had to shut it down, and the file was corrupted. That hurt, but I think it's better now, so it's fine. And seeing it finally finished is so satisfying.
